Was welcomed by a friendly staff that repaired my tire at no charge. Will definitely go back when it's time to replace my tires. Thank you for your help today.

I was here on December 9th & purchased 4 new tires for my SUV. The service i received was outstanding. From the time I arrived Ivan was taking my order & Eric even came in on his day off to help me. They made me feel like family. Even the service guys in the shop were on top of getting things done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend VELOCITY TIRE to everyone. The waiting room was spacious & very clean as well as the restrooms.

I purchased tires at Velocity about a year ago. The staff was so friendly and eager to help me. I had spent several days researching tires and calling different places to see if anyone had any in stock or could order them. When I called Velocity they found the tires I needed within minutes, at a much lower price than quoted at the other places. Velocity was able to get next day shipping and had them installed quickly. I went by this morning to get my tire pressure checked. Someone came out immediately to assist. They checked my pressure and aired up my tires for free. I would recommend Velocity over any of the other places in town.

What can I say but that this place is amazing my wife had a flat on her car and it was at their closing time and Eric and one of his guys stayed open passed their closing hour and fixed it knowing my wife had to get on road to get to her mom who was in the hospital in Arlington. I will always come to these guys from now on thank you

These guys are amazing, very professional, nice and respectful and fast service. Very clean environment. I recommend them to anyone needing help with their tires!!
